Veterinarian

Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Veterinarian to join our client's team, a leading insurance provider in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Aftersales Support:
   Assist customers with post-policy inquiries and ensure a seamless aftersales experience.
2. Claims Handling:
   Evaluate and process pet health insurance claims, including assessing medical records for pre-existing conditions.
   Provide accurate and timely resolutions for claims-related queries.
3. Customer Guidance:
   Respond to customer calls and emails, offering expert advice on pet health and wellness.
   Educate pet parents on best practices for preventive care and treatment options.
4. Pre-Existing Condition Assessment:
   Review and assess pets' medical histories to determine eligibility for insurance coverage.
5. Event Representation:
   Act as a company representative at pet-related events, offering veterinary insights and engaging with the community.
6. Collaboration:
   Work closely with internal teams to develop pet care resources and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent certification.
• Licensed veterinarian with clinical experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for helping pet parents.
• Knowledge of pet insurance policies and claims processes (preferred, training available).
• Ability to attend and participate in events, with occasional travel required.
