Venue Supervisor - Hospitality (Saudi Arabia)

Position Summary:

Eram Talent is currently seeking a Venue Supervisor with a strong background in hospitality to join our team. As a Venue Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a venue in Saudi Arabia, ensuring exceptional customer service and optimizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervising and leading the venue staff.
2. Coordinating events and functions.
3. Managing customer inquiries and feedback.
4. Monitoring inventory and supplies.
5. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Venue Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
