Position Summary:

Eram Talent is seeking a Venue Manager with a strong background in hospitality to manage and oversee the operations of a venue in Saudi Arabia. As a Venue Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the venue, delivering exceptional customer service, and maximizing revenue.

Responsibilities will include managing staff, coordinating events and functions, handling customer inquiries and complaints, overseeing inventory and supplies, and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospitality or events management setting
2. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills
5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure
6. Knowledge of health and safety regulations
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
8. Fluency in both written and spoken English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
