Job Description

• Conduct rigorous testing of vehicles to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and refine test procedures, ensuring alignment with industry regulations and best practices.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues during testing, employing problem-solving skills to develop effective solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of testing equipment to guarantee accurate results and optimize operational efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and testing methodologies to enhance testing processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Associate degree or higher in Automotive Technology or a related field, providing a strong foundation in vehicle mechanics. Automobile Diploma Engineering, attested by the UAE embassy.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in vehicle testing or automotive diagnostics, showcasing practical knowledge.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, with additional language skills considered an asset for diverse teams. Speaking Arabic would be considered an additional advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data and translating it into actionable insights.
