Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle SourcingLead to spearhead our vehicle procurement process for international and local markets. Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership in Global Sourcing:
  Develop procurement strategies across diverse regions, including Europe, North America, Asia, and Africa, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
• Strategic Supplier Management:
  Establish, nurture, and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key suppliers. Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and value-driven contracts, enhancing supplier performance and collaboration.
• Market Intelligence and Analysis:
  Conduct thorough market analysis and stay updated on global trends in the automotive industry. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for sourcing opportunities, cost-saving measures, and risk management.
• Procurement Operations Oversight:
  Oversee and guide the end-to-end procurement process, from supplier selection and cost assessment to order execution. Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal protocols, due diligence, and international trade regulations.
• Cross-Functional Team Coordination:
