We are seeking a VAS Sales Agent who has experience in sales, particularly in banking or financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Consultation & Banking Solutions: Organize and conduct client meetings to discuss and identify banking needs. Provide expert banking consultation to business setup clients, guiding them through the account opening process and helping them choose the most suitable banking solutions.
Bank Account Closures: Proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely bank account openings. Handle all necessary documentation and liaise with clients and banks to close banking requirements efficiently.
Banking Policy & Requirement Updates: Stay informed about the latest banking requirements and communicate these updates to clients. Liaise with various banks to ensure up-to-date knowledge of changing banking policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Client Support & Follow-Up: Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the bank account opening process. Act as the main point of contact for clients and banks, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and banking partners. Foster trust and credibility by delivering high-quality service and reliable information to clients.
Requirements:
Experience in sales, particularly in banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of banking procedures, requirements, and compliance.
Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Experience in liaising with banks and financial institutions.
