Key Responsibilities

1. Distribute cards and collect KYC of the authorized individuals, ensuring we comply with mandatory compliance regulations.
2. Onboard cardholders to our app, educate them about the products and services, along with the proper usage of the card.
3. Provide financial inclusion training for cardholders to onboard new users to the C3Pay app and assist cardholders with day-to-day issues related to their card or mobile app.
4. Conduct remittance visits on salary days to assist cardholders in transferring money through the C3Pay App.
5. Implement marketing campaigns for C3Pay product service awareness and award ceremonies at employee residences.
6. Conduct fraud awareness training at employee residences.
7. Deliver Corporate VAS Training presentations to the Payroll and welfare team.

Required Skills & Profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance/Commerce.
2. Demonstrable experience as a field officer in any banking product.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Multilingual speaker.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
