Van Sales Assistant

The van sales assistant is responsible for assisting the sales team in delivering products to customers in a timely and efficient manner. They will drive the company van to designated locations, assist in loading and unloading products, and provide excellent customer service. The van sales assistant will also manage inventory levels, ensure van maintenance, and collect payments from customers.

Responsibilities

1. Drive the company van to deliver products to customers.
2. Assist in loading and unloading products from the van.
3. Provide friendly and professional customer service to all customers.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to plan delivery routes and schedules.
5. Ensure products are delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
6. Collect payments from customers and provide receipts as needed.
7. Monitor inventory levels in the van and report any discrepancies to the sales team.
8. Maintain the cleanliness and operational condition of the van.
9. Follow all traffic rules and regulations while driving the van.

Minimum Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
3. Proven experience in a delivery or van sales role.
4. Good communication and customer service skills.
5. Ability to work independently and in a team.
