2. Project Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse project performance against established goals, timelines, and budgets.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and collaborate with project stakeholders, including executives, project teams, and business units.
4. Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks.
