V&V Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced V&V Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient preparation and execution of integration, verification, validation (IVV) activities, playing a crucial role in the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Define and ensure the overall IVV strategy.
2. Ensure test preparation and execution according to the strategy.
3. Define the integration tree step-by-step, consistent with the system release plan.
4. Identify necessary test equipment, including standard or specialized tools and any specific calibration requirements for each test activity.
5. Plan, estimate, monitor, and control IVV activities.
6. Identify enabling systems required to validate solutions, define operational scenarios, and establish validation criteria to objectively assess solution compliance.
7. Satisfy customer expectations through meticulous planning and execution of test campaigns.
8. Prepare test campaigns, execute tests, and analyze results.
9. Manage the writing and updating of integration and verification test procedures.
10. Monitor test progress and ensure correct verification of requirements.
11. Lead demonstrations to end customers.
12. Able to manage the overall picture – From the integration of the different systems till the FAT and the HAT of the Mission System.
13. Manage teams' workload to ensure schedules are being adhered to; monitor the group performance KPIs and perform corrective actions when required.
14. Responsible for the baseline (budget, schedule, deliverables) definition and execution.
15. Coordinate IVV activities, establishing priorities and integration logical diagrams, conducting tests, analyzing results and transmitting them to development teams.
16. Tailor the IVV environment (process, practices and tools, HSE).
17. Coordinate technical fault finding/errors (i.e. JIRA).

Profile / Requirements:

Master of Engineering degree in Aeronautical / Space / Railway Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in engineering (design, development, tests).
