UX / UI Specialist / Design Lead

Charterhouse is currently working with a global financial client who is looking to hire a UX / UI Specialist / Design Lead for their Dubai branch.

About the role

This is a great opportunity to join a well-known financial institution within the Middle East. This role will involve working on multiple projects across the business, including POC, B2B projects, and B2C projects. The UX / UI Specialist will be part of a cross-functional team with members based across the Middle East.

The design team operates in a fast-paced environment, and the designers typically manage multiple projects. The team is currently engaged in web and mobile design projects and has significant exposure to strategic projects while collaborating closely with senior members of the business.

About you

To be considered for this role, the successful candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Design, Arts, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of 3+ years of experience, along with exposure to an agency background, would be a bonus.

Our client is looking for a UX / UI Designer with experience using tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Miro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools. The ideal candidate must be proactive and possess the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills are required, as this role will involve managing individual projects.

Excellent communication skills in English are essential for this position. Candidates will need to share an up-to-date portfolio when applying for this role.
