We're seeking an experienced User Experience (UX) Designer to join our Digital Banking team. As a UX Designer, you'll be responsible for crafting intuitive user-centered design solutions that enhance our customers' digital banking experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Design User-Centered Solutions: Design intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital banking experiences that meet customer needs and business goals.
Conduct User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
Develop Design Concepts: Develop design concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with our brand and design standards.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet business requirements and technical feasibility.
Design Systems and Standards: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design systems, standards, and guidelines.
Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our digital banking experiences.
Requirements:
UX Design Experience: 3 years of experience in UX design, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Design Principles: Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience best practices.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio that showcases your UX design work, including process, wireframes, and final designs.
