Job Overview

TheSocials is seeking a Senior User Experience Designer to join our team in Dubai. This position offers the flexibility of Full-Time, Part-Time, or Remote work arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of work experience in designing user-centric experiences and be adept in tools and methodologies essential for modern UX practices.

Qualifications And Skills

1. Extensive experience in Figma, a crucial tool for collaborative interface design (Mandatory skill).
2. Strong foundation in conducting user research to understand user needs and preferences (Mandatory skill).
3. Proficiency in interaction design to create engaging and functional user flows (Mandatory skill).
4. Skilled in Adobe XD for crafting visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
5. Experience with Sketch to develop scalable design systems and workflows.
6. Competency in wireframing to illustrate basic layout and interface elements effectively.
7. Ability to conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure user satisfaction.
8. Proficient in prototyping to bring designs to life and showcase ideas to stakeholders.

Roles And Responsibilities

1. Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with stakeholder goals.
2. Conduct comprehensive user research to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
3. Develop and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces adhering to best design practices.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to implement UX strategies.
5. Facilitate usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
6. Mentor junior designers by sharing knowledge and advancing design standards across the organization.
7. Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to drive innovation and creativity within projects.
8. Create and ensure consistency in the design language and guidelines across all digital platforms.
