User Access Management Officer

Role: User Access Management Officer

Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose: To ensure timely handling of Users Access Management related access requests/enquiries for ADIB UAE & International as per UAM P&P and authority matrix, handle setting-up new applications, new profiles or groups in different systems and maintaining the existing profiles, groups, privileges/access rights and users.

Key Accountabilities of the Role:

1. Access provisioning/de-provisioning; manage access requests (granting new, modification, enable, disable, and revoking) as per the process and approval within agreed TAT.
2. Execute approved SPCR and parameter change requests in various applications.
3. Handle internal customers' urgent requests, complaints, attend calls, and solve access related issues.
4. Perform periodic system access review and access entitlements for departments, branches and IBG as per plan and head of dept request.
5. Participate in new system/enhancement of existing testing related scenarios for user admin related functionalities.
6. Work with IT in new reports follow-ups on raised issues and tickets related to the area/user and maintain a proper tracking.
7. Act as backup for other UAM staff, participate in RCSA testing and handle special tasks assigned by Head of UAM and Controls Head.
8. Investigate end users' issues and complaints.
9. Report and escalate any serious issue, delayed response in raised issues/requests to line manager and Head of Control.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this Role:

Bachelor in Info Tech, experience in Info Tech security and access management, Identity and Access Management.
