* US FIRM UAE - CORPORATE M&A SOLICITOR - 1-3 PQE *

Our client is a leading US firm with an established Middle East network.

The Abu Dhabi office focuses on corporate, banking, and projects, and their clients include public and private corporations, sovereign-backed entities, investment banks, financial institutions, governments, and international bodies on major transactions across the region.

Key Responsibilities

You will be given the chance to handle a variety of work, including public and private M&A, joint ventures, and private equity transactions across the Middle East. You will be expected to take responsibility for significant elements of a transaction. This means that you must have significant transactional experience and strong transaction management skills.

Skills and Qualifications

We are currently seeking an outstanding Corporate lawyer with at least 1 year of experience in corporate law and ideally have experience in the Middle East. You must be UK qualified to be eligible for this position and have experience working at a peer US firm or Magic Circle firm.

In all cases, candidates should have first-class legal ability coupled with a practical commercial approach, excellent drafting and communication skills, and enjoy being part of a friendly, outgoing team. You must also have exceptional results throughout your academic history. You should demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills and a high level of commercial awareness.
