Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Urologist to join our dynamic healthcare team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and treating conditions related to the urinary tract and male reproductive organs, providing patient-centered care in both surgical and nonsurgical treatments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility with a diverse patient base.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnose and treat diseases and disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system, including kidneys, bladder, prostate, and external genitalia.
   
2. Perform surgeries, including minimally invasive and robotic procedures for conditions such as kidney stones, prostate enlargement, and cancers of the urinary system.
   
3. Provide medical management for urinary tract infections, incontinence, sexual dysfunction, and other related conditions.
   
4. Interpret diagnostic tests such as ultrasounds, CT scans, MRIs, and urinalysis to assess patient conditions.
   
5. Develop and implement treatment plans, including surgical and nonsurgical options tailored to each patient's needs.
   
6. Collaborate with other medical professionals such as oncologists, nephrologists, and radiologists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
   
7. Educate patients on preventive measures and lifestyle changes to maintain urological health.
   
8. Participate in the development of hospital protocols and policies regarding urology care and treatments.
   
9. Maintain accurate medical records and follow up on patients' progress.
   

Qualifications:

1. Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
   
2. Board certification in Urology.
   
3. Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license to practice in Dubai or eligibility to obtain one.
   
4. Minimum of 5 years of post-specialization experience in Urology.
   
5. Expertise in minimally invasive urological procedures and robotic surgery is preferred.
   
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
