Urgent Position - Health Operations Director

The Health Operations Director is responsible for optimizing daily healthcare operations, ensuring efficiency, high-quality care, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to improve healthcare services.
2. Oversee daily operations, including staffing, resource management, and patient flow.
3. Collaborate with medical teams for quality patient care.
4. Manage budgets and ensure financial performance.
5. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
6. Maintain relationships with stakeholders.
7. Analyze data and prepare reports.
8. Oversee risk management and quality assurance.
9. Participate in strategic planning.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s in Healthcare/Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
2. 12+ years of healthcare operations experience.
3. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
4. Proficient in healthcare systems; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
