Job Responsibilities

  • Should be expert in Adobe Illustrator and create posters on own for posting.
  • Should have knowledge and experience in all digital marketing tools.
  • Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and PPC.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize strategies and increase ROI, using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Create engaging content tailored to target audiences, focusing on SEO best practices to enhance visibility and traffic.
  • Manage the company's social media presence, crafting compelling posts and interacting with followers to build brand loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences, leveraging insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and improve digital marketing efforts.
  • Provide regular reports to management on campaign performance and insights, along with recommendations for future strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • At least 2-7 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing roles, demonstrating a proven track record of successful campaigns.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot inbound marketing to validate technical expertise.
  • Familiarity with a variety of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing software.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to interpret metrics to guide marketing decisions effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to create persuasive content and engage diverse audiences.
