RIG is working with a European Developer who has been in UAE for the past 4 years. They have one development live with 6 in the pipeline ready for 2025. The client deals in very high-end luxury properties.

The client is expanding their team by adding Sales Managers with a strong background in the real estate market. Candidates must have sales and business development experience along with luxury property expertise.

Real Estate Agent Responsibilities

• Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent properties.
• Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Developing competitive market prices by comparing properties.
• Creating lists for real estate sale properties, including location, features, square footage, etc.
• Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
• Presenting purchase offers to sellers.
• Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
• Promoting properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
• Preparing loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
• Maintaining a real estate license and knowledge.

Real Estate Agent Requirements:

• Must be a licensed real estate agent.
• Must be in good standing with the local realtor board, or an inactive agent who can immediately move his/her license.
• Experience in sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the local property market.
• Possess a valid driver's license.

I have a salary budget of 16-22,000 AED per month + medical + visa + flights + commission.

Salary is dependent on skillset.
