Job Responsibilities:

RCM Manager & Assistant Manager

• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle management processes.
• Develop strategies to improve claim approvals and minimize denials.
• Manage billing, coding, and insurance claims.
• Lead and mentor the RCM team.
• Process medical insurance claims and verify documentation.
• Coordinate with insurance providers for approvals and reimbursements.
• Monitor claim rejections and resubmissions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations.
• Assist in claim submissions and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate patient billing records.
• Support administrative functions within the RCM department.
• Handle communication with insurance companies and patients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

- Experience: 1–8 years in Medical Billing, Insurance, or RCM.

- Skills:

• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.
• Proficiency in healthcare software and insurance portals.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
