Kick-start your career with Julius Baer’s Graduate Programme in October 2025.

Are you about to complete your master’s degree or have recently graduated? Are you ready to embark on a journey that combines passion for wealth management, ambition, and excellence?

Our Focus-Track Graduate Programme is an 18-month journey designed to unleash your full potential, offering three rotations, including an international assignment. This unique opportunity will immerse you in Julius Baer’s global network, provide hands-on experience, and lay the foundation for a thriving career in wealth management.

Join the Private Banking Sub-Region Middle East & Africa and become part of the front team in Dubai. You will be actively involved in the daily business, gaining first-hand experience and acquiring relevant professional and personal skills. A profound component of the Graduate Programme is the second rotation in which you will go abroad and join another Julius Baer Group entity and team for four months. In a subsequent rotation, you will be part of the advisory and the wealth planning teams – both in Dubai. You will cover (U)HNW individuals with wealth and estate planning responsibilities and also take an active role as an investment professional by providing investment advice to relationship managers.

What to work on?

• Active member of a front team, respond to client queries, manage the service for existing clients and build relationships with clients, prospects and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively assist senior relationship managers with comprehensive wealth management and investment solutions as well as trade idea generation in collaboration with investment advisors and investment partners.
• Customize client requests (reporting, statistics, mailings etc.).
• Deepen your knowledge about financial markets and economic data with a view to understanding how this may influence portfolios and products.
• Assist team members with client on-boarding, risk management, operational follow-ups and implementation of projects and initiatives.
• Support senior relationship managers in all aspects of client wealth planning services regarding wealth and estate planning issues.
• Work towards building your own client book through own network and deepening existing client relationships.

• Specialization – become an expert in Private Banking.

• International experience – on a professional, social, and cultural level.

• Master’s degree from a leading university with above-average grades in economics, banking, finance or business management (graduation max. 12 months ago).
• Initial practical experience in the financial industry with excellent references (foreign/international experiences preferred).
• High interest in banking and financial markets.
• Entrepreneurial mind-set coupled with positive can-do-attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
• Fast thinker with strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Convincing, confident and team-oriented personality with very good communication and presentation skills.
• Highly service oriented and passionate about client servicing.
• Excellent situational adaptability (able to work with Relationship Managers and clients from diverse backgrounds).
• Fluency in English, other languages an asset.
• Strong ties to the Middle East & Africa Region.
