To manage a team of Wealth Managers to meet the defined targets through offering wealth products to HNI clients, while driving business development and client management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
To hire, mentor and retain a high performing team of Wealth Managers.
To manage a direct portfolio of clients and provide a full range of wealth management products, while building long term relationships with the clients.
To help develop investment strategies for clients to help them achieve their financial goals, while offering advice and information on various investment solutions.
Generate growth in AUM and revenue that will ensure delivery of the financial plan and achievement of business objectives through effective client acquisition and client portfolio management.
Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to the internal policies, business processes and external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Prior experience in team management and in advising on wealth management products.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
University Graduate.
