Role Overview:
We are hiring for a Wealth Management Firm for a skilled and entrepreneurial Unit Head to lead and support their Wealth Management team. This is a hands-on leadership role in which the Unit Head will manage both a personal portfolio of high-net-worth clients and guide a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve collective business goals. This position is ideal for a proactive, market-savvy leader with a robust network in the financial industry and a proven ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Strategy
- Lead a team of Relationship Managers, providing strategic guidance to help achieve monthly and long-term business goals.
- Coach and mentor RMs to develop their skills in client acquisition, portfolio management, and service excellence.
- Attract and retain top talent through strong market influence and network.
- Client Portfolio Management
- Maintain and grow a personal portfolio of high-net-worth clients, offering tailored financial solutions and comprehensive wealth management advice.
- Demonstrate consistent performance in portfolio growth and client retention, setting a high standard for the team.
- Deal Support and Client Engagement
- Actively support RMs in deal closures by leveraging product expertise and market knowledge.
- Strengthen client relationships through an understanding of capital markets, investment strategies, and insurance solutions.
- Product and Market Expertise
- Stay updated on market trends, economic factors, and investment product developments, and advise both clients and team members accordingly.
- Develop innovative strategies to respond to client needs, ensuring the team remains competitive in a dynamic wealth management market.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 12-15 years of experience in the UAE Wealth Management sector.
- Proven stability with at least 5 years in the current organization, demonstrating loyalty and consistent performance.
- Prior leadership experience in managing sales teams, ideally as a Unit Head, Team Leader, or senior Investment Advisor.
- Extensive understanding of investment and insurance products, with experience advising high-net-worth clients on capital market trends and strategies.
- Strong market network and reputation, with the ability to attract top talent through personal influence.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: AED 45,000 - AED 55,000, based on experience, current salary, team size, and portfolio value.
- Variable Pay: Quarterly incentives, with payout slabs linked to revenue generation and client acquisition goals.
