To ensure operational readiness of all work areas at the assigned facility and a smooth and efficient day-to-day operation that fully supports the company core process. The objective is a service delivery in accordance with company policies and procedures while maintaining consistent and transparent communication to internal customers, thus directly impacting the Colleague Experience and Image.
Within the Uniform Services Areas, the position must utilize its ability to manage people, oversee the execution of processes and aim for improvement. A high level of commitment to safety, attention to detail and financial integrity must be demonstrated.
Essentials:
High School Diploma and Professional Certification in related field.
Minimum 3 years in a leadership role in a customer-service related environment.
Must have technical and hands-on experience and knowledge relevant to the Job Scope and of all the below areas:
Basic knowledge of HSE standards
Basic knowledge of HACCP codex
Basic understanding of Building Management Systems and Permission-to-Work Processes
Basic understanding of ERP systems for Purchasing and Inventory
Basic knowledge of Process Improvement Principles
Proficient user of Web-based Office Applications (Microsoft 365) with proven ability to produce Balance Scorecard, Trackers, Lists, etc.
Very good command of the English language (both verbal and written) with ability to produce relevant Documentation such as Scope of Work, Standard Operating Procedures, Checklists, etc.
Ability to work as a Leader and to manage people.
Ability to evaluate objectively, data-driven, and consistently.
Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision.
Proven Customer Service, Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Good multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail.
Desirable:
HSE training (i.e., Fire Life Safety, Zone Marshall, First Aid).
HACCP training (i.e., Level 3)
Facilities training (i.e., Maximo)
ERP System Applications (Oracle Fusion)
Lean Six Sigma training (Yellow Belt)
Ability to work with Company Knowledge Base (i.e., Document Center)
Ability to understand and apply basic Project Management Principles
Ability to understand Corporate Social Responsibility Principles
5 years of experience in a textile related field such as laundry or textile rental services, retail apparel or apparel wholesale operations
Certification or degree in Apparel (Fashion Retail, Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising or Fashion Technology, Clothing / Garment Technology).
