UI UX Designer

Position: UI UX Designer
Status: Full time office based (On-site)

Package: 4-6K AED

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer with 4-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs, wireframing, and prototyping expertise. Prior experience in the real estate sector is highly preferred. The role involves designing intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences for web and mobile applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

1. Design intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences for web and mobile applications.
2. Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to enhance digital experiences.
3. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
4. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to implement UI/UX best practices.
5. Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
6. Optimize existing UI/UX elements to improve engagement, conversion rates, and usability.
7. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

1. 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the real estate industry.
2. Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InVision.
3. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design.
4. Experience with design systems, typography, color theory, and branding.
5. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development (preferred but not required).
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
8. Experience working on real estate platforms, property listing websites, or prop-tech solutions.
9. Understanding of real estate buyer/seller journeys and digital transformation trends.
10. Knowledge of AI-driven design, motion graphics, or AR/VR is a plus.
