Job Description:
Create and design digital assets for multimedia and graphics projects, including websites, mobile applications, advertising campaigns, animation, emails, social media, and interactive displays.
Understand project requirements related to the equity market and financial data, interpreting complex data visualization needs into intuitive designs.
Produce wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to conceptualize ideas that align with user needs in the trading and investment sectors.
Pitch creative concepts to the team and stakeholders, focusing on usability and user-centric design, particularly for equity market participants.
Design and deliver logos, banners, interfaces, and marketing collateral consistent with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers, to execute design projects successfully.
Ensure that designs meet usability standards and create user-friendly interfaces for desktop and mobile experiences.
Desired Candidate Profile:
3-5 years of experience in digital design, with at least 3 years of working in a digital team or within financial services, fintech, or equity markets.
Experience with graphic design, preferably in finance, investment, or trading platforms.
A strong portfolio demonstrating previous work in UI and UX design.
Proficient with wireframe and design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, IN Vision, or similar tools.
Experience with graphics editing software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
Understanding of prototyping techniques, usability principles, and creating interactive user flows.
Ability to analyze user behavior and improve the design based on quantitative and qualitative feedback, particularly in data-heavy environments like equity trading platforms.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to effectively present design concepts and iterate based on team feedback.
Knowledge of global financial trends and the specific needs of equity traders or investors is a plus.
