Job description

Seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support, talent management, and ensure compliance in Arabic-speaking regions.

This role is based in the UAE but will require frequent travel to Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Egypt.

Role Purpose: To act as a trusted advisor to line management on change management, support employee engagement strategy, drive culture initiatives, and maintain third-party relationships while utilizing data-driven approaches and HR expertise.

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with stakeholders and monitor health metrics.
  2. Manage change and identify talent gaps.
  3. Support talent development initiatives.
  4. Engage in field sales, conduct cold calls, and achieve sales targets.
  5. Maintain client relationships with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Responsible for budgetary control, financial analysis, and business partnering.
  7. Lead and optimize Retail Emiratisation program and manage budgets.
  8. Develop and manage relationships with partners and drive sales.
  9. Align HR strategies with organizational goals.
  10. Facilitate onboarding and manage employee relations.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree, relevant experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.
