Seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support, talent management, and ensure compliance in Arabic-speaking regions.
This role is based in the UAE but will require frequent travel to Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Egypt.
Role Purpose: To act as a trusted advisor to line management on change management, support employee engagement strategy, drive culture initiatives, and maintain third-party relationships while utilizing data-driven approaches and HR expertise.
