We are currently looking for a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Coordinator - UAE National to join our team.
Job Scope:
As the Marketing Coordinator at Al Marwan Group, your role will be instrumental in fostering revenue growth through the execution of strategic marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure the successful implementation of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that resonate with our target audience and are aligned with the company's objectives.
Job Duties:
Be the main point of contact to deliver marketing requirements for group stakeholders, including marketing collateral, social media management, event arrangement, advertising, and promotional assets.
Utilize analytical tools to monitor campaign performance in real-time, identifying trends, optimizing tactics, and adjusting strategies for optimal results.
Monitor growth KPIs and propose growth hacking opportunities (new market expansion, exploring new digital channels, app marketing).
Develop tactical social, content, and influencer strategies.
Execute the annual marketing calendar, including required marketing budgets, and measure marketing initiatives against these budgets throughout the year.
Monitor and provide creative direction for design and video assets, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and brand aesthetics.
Ensure content calendars and social copywriting are aligned with corporate brand guidelines.
Optimize content by identifying what drives the most growth.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and design, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of campaign efforts.
Monitor the performance of the brand over time, particularly the performance of all marketing campaigns.
Deploy social listening to deeply understand our customers.
Generate content that will impact various demographic groups.
Work cross-functionally with our marketing team to deliver a cohesive brand voice.
Research to find interesting consumer insights that we can leverage.
Read and internalize social media comments and differentiate behaviors on different social platforms.
Lead PR and influencer partnerships for your brand and build ongoing relationships with the media.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2+ years of experience as a marketing coordinator or in social media management.
Other Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
Experience with social and community quality assurance programs.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good knowledge of digital marketing.
Strong quantitative and analytical ability.
Strong ownership mindset and resolve to follow through.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Cloud and other photo and video editing software is a plus.
