2. Analyse and understand market insights and the customers buying behaviour and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets.
3. Look for and manage leads from the market, customers and convert them into real business opportunities, meaning owner of Lead to Cash Process.
4. Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings, and interactions with customers, concentrating on understanding customer needs and highlighting the value of our products and services.
5. Run the commercial operation by managing the customer grid and proactive planning in our tools. Build and maintain a sufficient network at customers.
6. Understand customer needs and offer solutions with customer values.
7. Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way to support the sales process and make decisions.
8. Be an active member of the Marine service team with a team spirit mindset.
9. Work proactively and in a structured way to serve customers; customers come first as per Alfa Laval Service culture.
10. Drive digitalization initiatives to expand presence and customer engagement.
11. Ensure close coordination between Service Department, Service Operations, and International Marine Service Organization.
