Overview of the role

We are currently looking for competent & performance driven UAE National Branch Sales Support Executive to join our Toyota & Lexus team in Dubai. You support the assigned Branch in achieving the daily and monthly objectives through sales support and stock management activities.

What you will do

  1. Prepare and verify deal packs for invoicing and delivery.
  2. Create financial documents for bank deals and scan deal packs to Accountant.
  3. Prepare, display, and track Goshi, demo, and marketing units.
  4. Organize and ensure correct spec sheets for display units.
  5. Conduct physical verification of new car stock units.
  6. Manage aged stock vehicles at branch level.
  7. Arrange vehicle sanitation activities.
  8. Coordinate and manage demo units (fueling, registration, deregistration, Salik & etc.)
  9. Coordinate vehicle inspection and damage repair with Orient.
  10. Prepare weekly sanitation log reports.
  11. Arrange Hayaza (Transfer Certificate) as needed.
  12. Handle other ad hoc activities related to sales function.

Required skills to be successful

  1. 1-2 years administration and coordination experience.
  2. High school graduate.
  3. Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  4. UAE National with family book.

About the team

The position reports to the Sales Support Team Leader. The Branch Sales Support Executive supports the Sales Department by managing documents, arranging vehicles promptly, and overseeing day-to-day transactions with the team to serve customers efficiently.

  2. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential.
