UAE Dynamics 365 Techno Functional Consultant

Mandatory: More focus on Power apps and Power Automate; candidates should have strong expertise with Power apps and Power automate.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and customization of Dynamics 365 solutions including configuration of workflows, forms, and reports.
2. Provide functional consulting and advice to clients on Dynamics 365 best practices and solutions.
3. Develop custom solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI to meet business requirements.
4. Lead and manage end-to-end project life cycles from gathering requirements to deployment and post-implementation support.
5. Work with stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions within Dynamics 365.
6. Integrate Dynamics 365 with other applications and platforms including SharePoint Online and Azure.
7. Perform data migration and integration tasks using Dynamics 365 Data Management tools.
8. Provide training and documentation for end-users and administrators.

Requirements

Skills and Experience:

1. 3-5 years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 solutions.
2. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
3. Experience with customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 forms, workflows, and entities.
4. Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, .NET, and Azure.
5. Ability to work in a client-facing role leading requirements workshops and providing strategic advice.
6. Excellent communication skills for coordinating between technical teams and clients.

Desired Qualifications:

1. Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP modules.
2. Knowledge of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
