Purpose of the position

Deliver public training courses and in-house training solutions to the BSI standards of excellence, to develop knowledge and skills. Mentor & qualify new and existing tutors on tutor competencies with focus on quality management and sustainability best practices in environment management and health and safety management. Coach new and existing tutors in contemporary learning styles and accelerated learning techniques.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Ensure that value is added to customers and their business/organization through the delivery of BSI training courses.
2. Continually enhance the reputation and perception of BSI through excellent delivery of training courses/solutions and day-to-day interactions with customers and other key stakeholders.
3. Mentor & qualify new and existing tutors on tutor competencies, learning styles and accelerated learning techniques.
4. Provide feedback to support course development in line with the new course and existing product development process and methodologies.
5. Assist with the design of training solutions (e.g. classroom, virtual, on-demand, hybrid modes of learning).
6. Maintain and enhance appropriate professional qualification status in relevant disciplines.
7. Proactively engage with BSI tutors and key stakeholders to ensure continual improvement, in line with the BSI standards of excellence for training delivery.

Candidate Specification

1. Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 22301 and ISO 27001 with Tutor Experience.
2. At least 5 years of experience as an LA and Tutor.
3. Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and oral.
4. Willing to travel.
