Truck Driver

Responsibilities:

1. Receiving communications from company dispatcher.
2. Driving to the scene of a vehicle breakdown or accident.
3. Interacting with the customer to find out the nature of the problem.
4. Performing roadside vehicle diagnostics.
5. Performing minor repairs.
6. Jump-starting vehicles, changing tires and reconnecting vehicle parts.
7. Suggesting a course of action.
8. Connecting the damaged vehicle to the truck with a chain, winch or steering block.
9. Towing the vehicle to an authorized service station or junkyard.
10. Reporting to base and completing paperwork.
