Job Summary
The Cashier will be responsible for managing the company's daily cash operations, including receiving payments, conducting cash transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the integrity and safety of financial operations. The Treasurer is committed to applying financial policies and ensuring the accuracy of daily financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cash Management:
   Handle daily cash operations, including receiving and disbursing cash, and ensuring the accuracy of accounts at the end of the day.
2. Daily Financial Reporting:
   Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports on cash received and expended, notifying the financial management of any discrepancies.
3. Monitoring Financial Operations:
   Ensure that all financial operations are conducted in accordance with company policies, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all financial transactions.
4. Account Reconciliation:
   Conduct periodic reconciliations of cash accounts and maintain accurate records to verify daily and monthly cash balances.
5. Funds Deposit:
   Coordinate with banks to deposit funds into the company's accounts in accordance with established policies.
6. Customer and Employee Interaction:
   Provide necessary service to customers and employees regarding cash operations, such as payment inquiries and payment verification.
7. Record Keeping:
   Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions and prepare required documentation to ensure transparency and credibility.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in treasuring or accounting.
• High skills in accuracy and organization.
• Ability to handle cash and verify account accuracy.
• Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and computer applications.
