House Management Responsibilities:

• Daily Household Routines:Organize and maintain the household schedule, including setting up daily routines.
  Ensure that chores and household tasks (e.g., cleaning, laundry, meal preparation) are done efficiently by the house staff.
• Meal Planning & Preparation:Plan and coordinate with the chef to provide healthy meals for the family.
  Manage groceries and pantry supplies.
• Organization & Cleaning:Coordinate with house staff to ensure that living spaces are organized and tidy, ensuring that the home is well-maintained.
• Time Management:Coordinate between tutoring schedules, family needs, and household chores, ensuring a smooth flow of day-to-day activities.
• Event/Activity Planning:Plan and organize educational and recreational activities for students.
  Participate in organizing family or social events when necessary.
• Communication:Maintain open communication with the family regarding the student’s progress, household needs, and any concerns or changes.
• Travel:Organize family trips and travel with the family when required.
