Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and customize Umrah packages that cater to diverse client needs, ensuring a unique and fulfilling pilgrimage experience.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through every step of the Umrah planning process with personalized support.
  3. Provide detailed information about travel itineraries, accommodation options, and local cultural insights to ensure clients are well-prepared.
  4. Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and local service providers to secure the best deals and maintain high service standards.
  5. Assist clients with visa applications and documentation requirements, offering expert guidance to streamline the process.
  6. Stay updated on the latest travel regulations and Umrah guidelines to provide accurate information to clients.
  7. Manage client inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the booking process or the journey itself.
  8. Conduct follow-up communications with clients post-trip to gather feedback and enhance future service offerings.
  9. Develop marketing strategies to promote Umrah packages through various channels, maximizing outreach and engagement.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and share best practices within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel consultancy, specifically focusing on pilgrimage tours or religious travel.
  3. Certification in travel planning or tourism management will be considered a significant advantage.
  4. Experience with Umrah or Hajj travel logistics and a deep understanding of the religious significance of the pilgrimage.
  5. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  6. Strong technical skills in using travel booking platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively.
  8. Cultural sensitivity and a respectful approach to clients' religious beliefs and practices are crucial.
  9. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple clients, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  10. A proactive and customer-oriented mindset, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected situations.
