Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized travel itineraries that align with client preferences and budget constraints, ensuring a unique and memorable experience.
- Utilize advanced booking systems to secure competitive rates for flights, accommodations, and activities, demonstrating expertise in travel logistics.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global travel trends and destinations, allowing for informed recommendations and strategic upselling.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues, enhancing client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure exclusive deals that benefit clients and the agency.
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote travel packages through social media and email campaigns, expanding the client base.
- Conduct thorough research on travel regulations, visa requirements, and health advisories to ensure clients have a safe journey.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system for future reference and follow-up opportunities.
- Attend travel expos and networking events to create connections and stay informed about industry developments.
- Train and mentor new staff members on sales techniques and product knowledge, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field, showcasing a strong foundational knowledge of the industry.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel sales or a similar role, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Certifications from recognized travel associations, such as IATA or ASTA, indicating a commitment to professional development.
- Experience in the Middle Eastern travel market, understanding the unique preferences and cultural nuances of local clients.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in Arabic being a significant advantage for effective communication.
- Strong technical skills in using booking and CRM software to streamline operations and enhance customer interactions.
