Booking & Documentation

• Make reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, and excursions.
• Process payments and ensure all travel documents (e.g., tickets, visas, insurance) are in order.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain customer records and follow up on inquiries.
• Build long-term relationships through excellent service and after-sales support.

Market & Product Knowledge
