Travel & Logistics Manager-HNW family

About the Role

The Travel & Logistics Manager, delivers travel-related services while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy to secure the best possible travel and visa arrangements for High Net Worth Family. Attention to details along with live tracking of the travelers activities, bookings and transfers during their trip is a must.

Additionally, the Travel & Logistics Coordinator diligently tracks shipments' arrangements and delivery, ensuring timely and precise billing and settlement.

Responsibilities -

• Arrange and manage travel and logistics for the family and staff, including ticketing and transportation.
• Provide continuous support and availability throughout all travel, ensuring thorough follow-ups.
• Oversee and update restaurant and activity reservations to maintain accuracy at all times.
• Ensure seamless travel arrangements, including flights, ground transportation, and VIP lounge access.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, transportation providers, and restaurants.
• Possess extensive experience handling visa applications for multiple embassies, particularly in Europe.
• Maintain organized records of travel bookings in both digital and physical formats.
• Plan travel routes and assign drivers as needed.
• Offer additional administrative support as required.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation, filing, and confidentiality of all documentation.
• Coordinate efficient and accurate shipments.
• Verify the accuracy of orders and shipping documents.

Qualifications

College Degree

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the areas of administration, logistics and travel service.
• Connections with vendors/service suppliers.
• Fluency in English, (Arabic and French is an asset).
• Previous experience with HNW family is a must
