Travel Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
2. Design and create customized travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodation, activities, and excursions.
3. Handle all aspects of travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and travel insurance.
4. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with any issues or inquiries before, during, and after their travels.
5. Stay current on travel trends, destinations, and industry changes to provide informed recommendations.
6. Address and resolve any travel disruptions or client complaints promptly and professionally.
7. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics established by the company.
8. Prepare and provide necessary travel documentation, including tickets, itineraries, and travel brochures.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a related role.
2. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in travel booking software and MS Office.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
