Travel Consultant

Responsibilities

• Management of flight, hotel and car bookings via GDS Systems
• Providing 24/7 customer service, resolving customer issues, and preparation of travel itineraries
• Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and negotiating favorable rates
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with travel documentation
• Collaborate with the team to share best practices, support workloads, and contribute to operational improvement

Skills

• Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of local and international travel regulations and industry trends
• Minimum 2+ years working experience in Travel & Tourism, preferably within the UAE
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Travel & Tourism, or Hospitality
