• Ensure all travel documents are in order, such as tickets, visas, and insurance.
• Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destination knowledge, and industry best practices.
• Offer exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns before, during, and after travel.
• Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth by promoting special travel deals and packages.
• Collaborate with travel suppliers, vendors, and partners to secure the best rates and options for clients.
