5. Book transportation and hotel reservations on behalf of clients.
6. Collect payments and pay fees.
7. Resolve travel issues, complaints, and refunds.
8. Meet sales targets and profit goals.
9. Maintain client information and financial records.
10. Ensure you stay up-to-date with tourism trends by attending travel seminars.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality or relevant field.
2. A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
3. In-depth knowledge of domestic and foreign travel destinations.
4. Excellent sales and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively.
6. Outstanding knowledge of the latest tourism trends.
