Communicate the customer service objective to Managers and Artists.
Quickly and effectively resolve customer issues.
Provide ongoing management of travel agencies.
Develop and lead communication and change management plans for travel.
Liaise with global and regional directors and local business units to understand their existing and emerging travel requirements and develop solutions for those needs.
Optimize online booking adoption.
Drive air and ground transportation savings.
Optimize hotel and airline spends.
Enhance the traveler experience and address safety/security needs.
Monitor Key Performance Indicators for the travel program with reporting.
Responsibilities for Travel Operations Manager
Responsible for the team's achievement of production goals, delivery of quality work product, and building effective provider relationships throughout the assigned team.
Develops, translates, and executes strategies or functions/operations into objectives for the assigned territory.
Responsible for the talent management process throughout territory with a focus on development of key performers, recruitment, succession planning, and performance management.
Leads the effort or provides direction to review current work processes, procedures, and policies, seeking efficiencies and effectiveness improvements, making sure company objectives are met.
Leads the effort to implement new business implementations (client, technology, processes) successfully and on-budget.
Manages overall budget and performance against budget.
Responsible for evaluating and maintaining operation staffing.
Identify and communicate risks, issues, and benefits to the operations and/or the customer.
Provides supervision and coordination of SPD team including coordinators and technicians at the assigned facilities.
