Roles and Responsibilities

We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our colleagues.

As a Driver, you are responsible for meeting and providing assistance to colleagues in any driving-related duties and responsibilities. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving a company-owned bus, providing safe and efficient driving in a responsible and considerate manner.
• Performing routine vehicle inspections and daily maintenance including checking the oil, fuel, brakes, lights, windshield wipers, water, and tire pressure.
• Maintaining records of work performed; making timely reports of accidents and unusual occurrences.
• Ensuring effective handovers are done, gaining information from the earlier shift.
• Forwarding all colleagues’ complaints or problems to the Human Resources Manager.
• Performing any trips and driving with the hotel car/bus as requested.
• Ensuring that colleagues are driven safely to their respective destinations.

Skills

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should ideally have vocational training in the hospitality field with previous experience in the transportation field. You need to hold a valid local driving license and be well-versed in the country’s traffic laws.

Knowledge & Competencies

The ideal candidate will have an outgoing and friendly attitude. You should be an extremely proactive and ‘switched on’ person with a hands-on and flexible approach, able to adapt to unpredictable events. You are reliable and thrive in a busy environment, staying calm under pressure, and should possess the following competencies:
