Translator / Editor – Arabic division

Motivate Media Group is looking for a dedicated and proactive Editor / Translator to join our Arabic team. The role involves translating and refining content across multiple media platforms to effectively connect with our Arabic-speaking audience.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities :

• Translating content between English and Arabic.
• Conducting Arabic-English and English-Arabic text comparisons to ensure accuracy and credibility.

Secondary Responsibilities :

• Subediting content in collaboration with the Head of Department.
• Coordinating with editorial and production teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Monitoring project progress and liaising with clients in the Head of Department’s absence.

Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a translator, specializing in Arabic-language media content.
• Bachelor’s degree in Translation or a related field.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong writing and communication skills in Arabic.
• Familiarity with translation and localization tools / software.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of UAE press and publication laws.
