Responsibilities:

• Manage direct taxation engagements from planning and compliance through to potential litigation.
• Assist clients with international tax matters, including transfer pricing planning, report preparation, and review of inter-company agreements.
• Communicate directly with senior management of clients, providing expert advice and support.
• Work with multinational clients and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
• Identify and leverage opportunities within existing client relationships and target new business.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in direct taxation, of which 1 year must be within the UAE.
• Must have LLM or another related advanced degree and/or professional qualifications e.g. CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent qualification.
• Immediate joiner will be prioritized.
