Job description

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Executive with a strong background in procuring large-scale business deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to secure high-value contracts, build strategic partnerships, and drive significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Large-Scale Business Acquisition:

  1. Identify, target, and secure large-scale corporate accounts seeking educational training.
  2. Customize and execute strategic training plans to meet high-value business objectives.
  3. Generate leads through networking and industry events.

Client Engagement:

  1. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders in large organizations.
  2. Present tailored training solutions that align with client needs and upskill their staff.
  3. Schedule outdoor meetings and visit clients' offices to strengthen relationships and showcase our training expertise.

Contract Negotiation:

  1. Lead complex negotiations to secure profitable contracts.
  2. Ensure deliverables are favorable and meet both client and company objectives.

Market Insights:

  1. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, industry developments, and upcoming networking events.
  2. Attend social events to identify opportunities for large-scale business growth.
  3. Provide strategic feedback to senior management and product teams.

Performance Reporting:

  1. Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  2. Ensure all sales activities are documented and tracked in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of experience in B2B corporate sales, with a focus on large-scale business deals.
  2. Demonstrated success in closing high-value contracts and achieving significant revenue targets.
  3. Should be present and available in UAE with an understanding of the UAE market.
  4. Should have a valid UAE driving license.
  5. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
  6. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in any industry; preferred education.
  2. Established network of contacts in large corporate sectors.
  3. Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  4. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  5. Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and client demands, ensuring agility in strategy and execution.
  6. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and closures.
