Real Estate Trainer Off-Plan & Secondary Market Sales

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Trainer to lead the training and development of our sales team, specializing in both off-plan and secondary market properties. This individual will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that equip our sales team with the knowledge, skills, and techniques needed to successfully sell in both the off-plan and secondary property markets. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in real estate sales, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a passion for mentoring and developing sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver training programs tailored to both off-plan (new developments) and secondary market (resale) property sales.
  2. Design training materials, presentations, and tools that enhance the learning experience.
  3. Create role-playing and real-world scenarios to help sales teams practice and refine sales techniques.

Sales Team Onboarding & Continuous Education:

  1. Lead the onboarding process for new sales agents, ensuring they understand company values, product offerings, and industry standards.
  2. Provide ongoing training and support to keep the sales team updated on market trends, legal requirements, and sales strategies.
  3. Evaluate individual performance and offer feedback for continuous improvement.

Market Knowledge & Product Expertise:

  1. Equip sales team members with in-depth knowledge of the off-plan and secondary market properties, highlighting key differentiators, selling points, and potential buyer concerns.
  2. Train agents on how to assess the value of properties, conduct market research, and understand competitive pricing.
  3. Stay up-to-date on market trends, emerging developments, and regulatory changes in the real estate sector.
  4. Teach and reinforce advanced sales techniques, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and closing strategies.
  5. Conduct negotiation workshops that focus on how to handle objections, counteroffers, and achieve win-win outcomes for both buyers and sellers.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  1. Regularly assess the performance of the sales team through evaluations, assessments, and KPI tracking.
  2. Provide individual and group feedback on performance and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Generate training progress reports for management, highlighting areas of strength and opportunities for growth.
  4. Foster a collaborative and high-energy environment, encouraging teamwork and peer learning.
  5. Host regular team-building activities and workshops to strengthen team dynamics and improve sales performance.

Client Relationship Management:

  1. Train sales teams on how to build lasting relationships with clients, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and referral generation.
  2. Provide strategies for handling difficult clients or situations in both the off-plan and secondary property markets.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  1. At least 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong understanding of both off-plan and secondary market sales.
  2. Previous experience in training or coaching real estate agents is highly preferred.
  3. Proven track record of high sales performance in both off-plan and secondary property markets.

Skills:

  1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Strong leadership abilities with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  3. Excellent knowledge of sales strategies, negotiation techniques, and real estate market dynamics.
  4. Familiarity with real estate software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Ability to develop comprehensive training materials and presentations.
