Training Manager

A multinational luxury jewellery brand is looking to hire a Training Manager to join their growing team in Dubai, UAE and support their continuous global expansion.

As the Training Manager, you will handle the following responsibilities:

1. Identify training and development needs within the organisation
2. Design and develop training and development programs that meet the business and individual employees needs
3. Ensure that all training programs are within budget and in line with company objectives
4. Tackle specific training programs with the support of line managers
5. Conduct evaluation of all training and development programs

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:

1. Substantial years of training management experience
2. Background knowledge and experience within the luxury retail industry
3. Excellent knowledge of learning and evaluation theories, techniques and design solutions
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills
5. Strong presentation skills
